We’re experts at storytelling.

We have a long history with Paylocity and are very familiar with the company, the employees, and the brand. We started doing video for Paylocity before there was an internal video team back in 2016. We’ve done motion graphics projects, talking head interviews, client interviews, and even the 20th Anniversary Documentary. We’ve been involved with content creation and storytelling at Paylocity, and would love to continue that journey with you.

We’re experts at working with non professional talent as well as C-Suite executives. We know not everyone loves being on camera, but we know how to get the most out of their answers while keeping them comfortable. We can help you craft your questions to get the answers you’re looking for, and we can help your leadership team tell their story in an authentic, engaging way.

For this project, we’ll film 4-5 individuals, over 2 days, at the Paylocity offices in Schaumburg. After we capture the interviews with the leadership, we’ll go back to our offices and begin editing. We’ll edit together a 3-4 minute, full length video for each person. We’ll also break out their 5-6 questions into individual short videos for each person. We’ll provide those files to you and they’ll be ready to be put to use.

A little about us.

It’s important to learn a little bit about who you’re working with before a project starts. We’re not fresh out of college and decided to start doing our own thing. Our founder & Creative Director, Cal Engel has over 20 years experience in the industry. Spanning from traditional marketing agencies to innovation agencies to brands to digital out of home, even working with literally the biggest music acts in the world. Ten years ago he decided to form AV Collective as a way to provide that same high quality work to clients, but without them having to pay the overhead of a traditional agency. Why’s that important for you? Every project is going to have challenges. It’s about the knowledge and expertise of the people you work with, that allows them to overcome those challenges and deliver projects beyond your expectations.

We create detailed estimates for each project we do, factoring in what you need and what it will take to execute the project. Here’s a top line look at where we feel this project is coming out for 2 shoot days, 5 full length videos and 30 short videos. Below that you’ll find a detailed estimate that breaks down each cost.
